I'd like to see you highlight hidradenitis suppurativa some time. It's a skin condition where the apocrine sweat glands get clogged and have bacteria in them and the person's immune system overreacts and causes inflammations - sometimes the size of baseballs. It's a dehumanizing disease, but it's not well studied so the cause is still debated by doctors. Sometimes it's even misdiagnosed - apocrine sweat glands are found in the armpits, chest, and groin, so some doctors at first think it's an STD.
